Me!

I am a native Houstonian.  I love everything about Houston.  However, I am not the kind of hometown girl that thinks inorder to love your city you never leave it.  I have moved a couple of times.  I lived in funfilled (unfortunately it was not candyfilled) Lubbock, Texas for five years during my college years.

Tech Football! The only sport I love more than Texas Tech Football if Astros Baseball!

I aslo moved to the Washington D.C. area for a year right after I got married.  My husband had to go for work… and therefore I had to go for my husband.  I did not enjoy living in that area one bit.  People were not as cordial as they are down here and the traffic is worse (I know it is hard to believe).

I love to travel.  I have been to French Polynesia, London, Hawaii, Mexico, The Bahamas, Key West, and drivin around most of the Southern U.S.  I plan on drining around all of Texas this Spring and Summer and my husband, sister and I are taking a trip to Telluride, CO in June for a music festival.  I can't wait.

I also love to write.  I am really bad about keeping a journal mainly becasue I get busy, bored and forgetful: but hopefully i will be good about keeping this up!  Maybe someone will read it. unlike a journal.

I really like to read as well.  I read all different kinds of books and genres.  I am sure if someone tried to track my buying habits I would really confuse them and mess up their statistics.
